ALBUQUERQUE, NM — REDW Advisors and CPAs, one of the Southwest’s 10 largest advisory and CPA firms, also recognized among INSIDE Public Accounting’s Top 200 Accounting Firms, is pleased to announce its plans to relocate its Albuquerque office to 8801 Horizon Boulevard. The new 25,000-square-foot space will allow for greater collaboration among the award-winning team. REDW expects to relocate from its current location at 7425 Jefferson Street NE in early 2024.
“Earlier this year, as we were reflecting on the enormity of our 70th anniversary, our leadership team began discussing how to best set up our team for continued success,” says REDW Managing Principal Steve Cogan. REDW was recently named among the Top Workplaces in New Mexico by the Albuquerque Journal for the third straight year.

With fewer employees coming to the office five days a week, REDW’s two-story office with oversized breakrooms, offices, and conference rooms was more than needed. It more than made sense to reduce the firm’s footprint both economically and environmentally.
“Our new Albuquerque office, which will be the fifth in our firm’s history, moves our entire team to one floor. It has an open plan so teams can collaborate easier and has a lot of natural light with beautiful views of the city,” said Cogan. “It is smaller-by-design and will allow us to continue to fulfil our firm’s mission to create an extraordinary professional experience for our clients and each other.”
Cogan notes that this move is just one of the big announcements in REDW’s milestone 70th anniversary year in 2023. “We also brought on our first-ever chief operating officer, Kerry Prine, and vice president of sales and marketing Byron Wheeler,” said Cogan. “And we were named among the 2023 Firms to Watch by Accounting Today. It’s been a busy and exciting year for REDW.”
