A lockbox is a secure service offered by banks to receive and process check payments on behalf of companies like REDW. Instead of sending checks directly to our office, your checks will now go to a post office box address that is serviced by our bank’s lockbox provider.
Is it secure?
Only authorized bank personnel have access to the lockbox to retrieve your payments. The checks are then processed and deposited securely and efficiently. The lockbox provider offers tracking and reporting capabilities so we know when your payment arrives.

To ensure that payments are applied correctly, please include client and invoice numbers.
