Meet Shawn
As head of Internal Technology for REDW, Shawn is responsible for optimizing and securing all technology and data center operations for the firm. From analyzing IT needs and budgeting to building vendor relationships and developing firm-wide IT policies, his efforts align with and support the firm’s far-reaching business initiatives and goals. Shawn has steadily grown with the firm, from working at the REDW helpdesk in 2006 to overseeing the IT team as Director of Information Technology in 2018, and in 2024 to a top leadership position as VP of Information Technology.
