Meet Rick
Rick has worked in public accounting for more than 15 years serving commercial clients across a wide range of industries and with varying levels of complexity, from small, domestic businesses to large, international corporations. He advises clients on such complex accounting matters as add-on acquisitions, equity-based compensation, debt refinancing, going concern assessments, foreign currency translations, and strengthening internal controls and processes.
As the former Controller of a privately held business as well as the Director of Technical Accounting for a public company, Rick understands both sides of the business equation when it comes to finance, accounting, and compliance matters.
Professional Qualifications and Memberships
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in both Arizona and California, Rick is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of CPAs (ASCPA).
