Meet Devan
Devan has more than 45 years of experience in public accounting, concentrated primarily in governmental, not-for-profit, and commercial audits, reviews and compilations.
Prior to joining REDW, Devan was a partner with Oregon-based Grove, Mueller & Swank, which joined forces with REDW in late 2023 to better serve their combined clients, particularly those in the Pacific Northwest.
Professional Qualifications and Memberships
A CPA licensed to practice in Oregon, Devan is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs (OSCPA). Over the years, he has served on several OSCPA committees, including the Society’s Practice Review Committee, Complaints Committee, and Ethics Committee. He is also an Oregon Licensed Municipal Auditor.
