Hands-On Training: Abila MIP Fund Accounting, Microix

We offer both basic (“Core”) and advanced (“Pro”) training in Abila MIP Fund Accounting and Microix Software at REDW’s Albuquerque and Phoenix offices. Our 2019 schedule is listed below. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled training if minimum attendance is not met.

  • All trainings are held 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Lunch is included, as well as mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks
  • Customized trainings are available upon request, including at your facility

What We Cover

Abila MIP Fund Accounting Hands-On Training

Our Core class is for new Abila MIP Fund Accounting users, or can serve as a refresher course for those already using Fund Accounting software. The training covers everything from software installation, planning the chart of accounts structure and creating the organization’s database, through processing payroll and creating financial statements.

Our Pro class is designed for experienced Abila MIP Fund Accounting users, or as a refresher course for those who have used the software for more than a year. The training includes in-depth budget and financial statement creation and analysis, form creation and modification, and import file creation.

Our instructors are certified trainers with several years of training experience, who have helped numerous Native American tribes and non-profit organizations get up and running with their Abila Fund Accounting software. Here’s what makes our training so valuable:

  • Group discussions cover the many features offered by Fund Accounting, as well as provide insights on how Fund Accounting is used by different organizations.
  • Hands-on exercises help users quickly become familiar with the software.
  • Small class sizes ensure individual attention.

Abila MIP Payroll, HR & Microix Timesheet Hands-On Training

This class is for both new and experienced Abila MIP and Microix Workflow Module users. The training includes a review of payroll module fundamentals, set-up and processing, as well as an in-depth analysis of the HR Management and Microix Timesheet modules. We will also discuss the relationship among all three modules and how they work together.

Our instructors are certified trainers with many years of experience helping numerous Native American tribes and non-profit organizations get up and running with these powerful business automation tools. Here’s what makes our training so valuable:
