Now retired, Pallav possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in international tax and business matters as the former owner of CPA Global Tax & Accounting, which merged into REDW in early 2021. For more than 15 years, he advised clients on cross-border tax matters, helping them to efficiently plan for and comply with ever-changing regulations. His clients have included businesses and individuals engaged in US inbound or outbound activities involving Canada, Mexico, Asia and Europe, as well as non-resident and expatriate individuals.

Among the services Pallav has provided are planning, structuring and consulting on compliance and transfer pricing issues. He has also worked extensively in the area of IRS overseas voluntary disclosure initiatives and helped clients comply with international tax requirements. His designation by the IRS as a “Certified Acceptance Agent” enabled him to assist clients with quickly obtaining Income Tax Identification Numbers (ITIN).

Prior to working for large CPA firms in the US, including a Big 4 firm, Pallav gained Canadian tax and accounting expertise working for a public accounting firm in Canada. Before that, he managed his own public accounting firm in India for 12 years, where he specialized in advising clients in the fields of international business/finance, accounting, audit and tax issues.
