As the head of Business Operations at REDW, Nicole leads strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and scalability. Since joining the firm in April 2024, she has been instrumental in driving the adoption of new practice management systems and establishing standardized policies and processes across all offices. Nicole excels at building and mentoring high-performing teams while integrating financial operations with administrative functions to improve performance metrics. Her expertise in business operations, M&A coordination, cross-functional team development, and process transformation enables her to collaborate effectively with firm leadership on critical initiatives.
