Meet Kim

A Tax Principal based in REDW’s Salem, Oregon office, Kim has more than 23 years of experience in public accounting. She launched her accounting career at RF Stefani, PC in Portland, where she worked for more than a decade before joining Grove, Mueller & Swank PC (GMS). Following GMS’s merger with REDW in late 2023, Kim has continued to advance in her field, maintaining her passion for fostering strong teams, providing superior client services, and contributing to firm growth and strategy.

Kim holds an Enrolled Agent (EA) license and is an Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant (LTC).
