Meet Doug
As the head of REDW’s Wealth Management department, Doug is a seasoned professional backed by more than four decades of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and over 20 years as a Certified Financial Planner. Working collaboratively with both individuals and businesses, he aims to help clients reach their financial goals through a proactive and multi-faceted approach to wealth management, providing valuable insights and strategic guidance for optimizing their financial portfolios and maximizing tax efficiency.
Known for his ability to make complex financial concepts easy to understand, Doug believes in educating and empowering his clients to pursue their financial objectives with confidence.
Prior to joining REDW, Doug was the founding partner of Phoenix-based Hatcher Financial, PC, which joined forces with REDW in 2024 to better serve their combined clients in all markets.
