Meet Diana

As REDW’s Director of Client Success, Diana is responsible for fostering strong, enduring relationships with our clients, helping to ensure they receive exceptional value from the wide array of services we offer. She brings a wealth of experience in developing, implementing, and leading strategic client success initiatives that are consistent across all lines of service, and in high-growth environments.

In addition to her work at REDW, Gibson is the founder and chief executive of The Diana Adapted Foundation, a nonprofit created to serve and empower those individuals with sudden limb difference. Following an ATV accident in 2016 that resulted in the loss of her dominant arm, Diane did extensive research on adaptive tools that enabled her to thrive, and turned her discoveries into a resource that supports others facing similar challenges through their journey to physical and mental health and independence.

Community Involvement

Diana is the Founder & Executive Director of The Diana Adapted Foundation, which provides wellness, mobility, and mental health resources for individuals with limb differences.

Awards & Recognition

Recognized as a Cynopsis Rising Star back in 2016, Diana has since been a Member of the President's Club in 2018 and 2021-2023; honored as Manager of the Year in 2018; and awarded an American Business Award in 2022 as head of the Customer Service Department of the Year. In 2026, she was awarded the Inspiring Change Award among other Champions of Change by AZ Big Media.
