Meet Colaine

Since joining REDW in 2015, Colaine has been instrumental in growing the firm’s Client Advisory & Accounting Services practice, drawing upon more than 15 years of experience working with both tribal and non-tribal organizations as a CFO/Controller in the areas of financial management, revenue and profitability expansion, process improvement, and staff training and development. She has also led the successful implementation of software systems that served to elevate reporting reliability, information accuracy and timeliness, and development of financial policies and procedures.

Colaine considers her work with tribes across the country to be the most rewarding of her career, providing an opportunity to support tribal communities as a trusted financial advisor. In addition to collaborating with tribal management teams to obtain clean audit opinions, resolve findings, catch up on audits, institute financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and streamline processes, she also enjoys training young professionals.

Colaine is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation.
