Meet Cait

As a leader of the firm’s Risk Advisory and Internal Audit team, Cait delivers real-time solutions to clients that effectively identify and mitigate risks in financial internal controls. She is also committed to training and empowering the next generation of risk advisory professionals. Cait brings a unique and well-rounded perspective shaped by her 18-year career at REDW, where she has worked across multiple departments, including Wealth Management, Tax, and Audit and Assurance, before finding her passion in internal audit.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships

Cait is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in the state of New Mexico, as well as a Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor (CIDA). Since 2024 she has served on Board of the New Mexico Society of CPAs (NMSCPA) and on several committees:

• Women’s Leadership Summit Committee (2022-present)
• Scholarship Committee (2025-present)
• Awards Committee (2024-25)
