Only 115 total employers across Oregon and Southwest Washington received high enough marks from workers in surveys administered by The Oregonian’s annual Top Workplaces competition to earn a place on this year’s list.

Additionally, REDW has earned its second consecutive national Top Workplace award for Remote Work, highlighting the firm’s sustained commitment to providing flexible work arrangements that empower employees to thrive both personally and professionally.

The Top Workplaces award is based on a confidential, research-backed, employee engagement survey administered by Energage. Participating companies are evaluated against the industry’s most robust benchmarks, which are based on more than 17 years of culture research.
