The session covers award administration essentials—including Uniform Guidance, Single Audits, SEFA preparation, revenue recognition, and resolving findings—and addresses the OMB’s Federal Financial Assistance rule, effective October 1, 2026. Panelists, referencing the Orange Book throughout, will share practical compliance strategies for the operational adjustments tribes must make around subrecipients, payment justifications, data collection, and fund recovery as the federal landscape evolves.
