REDW Advisors & CPAs is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Brown to Vice President of Business Operations. Previously serving as Director of Business Operations, Brown will continue to lead firm-wide operational strategy while supporting team members across REDW’s national and global footprint. She will be based primarily in the firm’s Albuquerque office.
As head of Business Operations, Brown provides executive leadership for strategic initiatives designed to enhance organizational performance, scalability, and operational alignment across the firm. Since joining REDW in 2024, she has played a key role in advancing practice management modernization efforts, establishing standardized policies and processes across all offices, and integrating financial and administrative operations to strengthen performance metrics. In her expanded role, Brown will oversee large-scale firmwide initiatives, support mergers and acquisitions with a focus on integration and change management, and continue building high-performing, collaborative teams.
Brown brings extensive experience in business operations, M&A coordination, cross-functional leadership, and process transformation within financial and professional services environments. She partners closely with firm leadership to ensure disciplined execution of strategic investments while creating scalable structures that support long-term growth.
Brown holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Change Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She also holds a Certified Paralegal designation. A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, Brown has served as a national communications officer for a Pride Business Resource Group, co-led REDW’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee, and is a frequent speaker on equity-related topics within the profession, including presentations on ageism in professional services. With more than 17 years of leadership experience and a career rooted in transformation and growth, Brown is widely recognized for her commitment to mentoring others and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.
