REDW LLC, one of the Southwest’s 10 largest certified public accounting and business consulting firms, is pleased to announce the addition of three talented professionals: Mike Pattengale, CPA, CGMA as an Analyst with the Firm’s Business Valuation, Litigation and Forensic Services team; Helen Bonds as a Management Advisory & Accounting Services Manager, both in REDW’s Albuquerque office; and Patrycja Kempa as an Audit Associate in the Firm’s Phoenix office.
Mike Pattengale, CPA, CGMAÂ brings more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, providing accounting, pro forma and valuation services. He joins us most recently from Titan Development/Argus Development, based in Albuquerque, where he served as Vice President of both Development and Finance. He also has significant accounting experience with long-term healthcare facilities and with equipment dealerships, subcontractor construction, and interstate trucking. In addition, Mike is well versed in valuation matters pertaining to ownership interests in real estate entities, such as private placement memorandums, estates and other transfers. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Mike is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Mexico Society of CPAs, and NAIOP, a commercial real estate association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as an Accounting major from the University of Arizona.
Helen Bonds has joined REDW’s growing Management Advisory & Accounting Services team as a Manager, bringing 10 years of experience in public accounting and banking. She is also adept at developing process improvements utilizing software tools, skills that are key for leveraging the power of cloud-based accounting systems. Helen holds a Bachelor of Accounting from National American University in Albuquerque and is a CPA candidate, anticipating her licensure in the Spring of 2018.
Patrycja Kempa  has joined REDW’s Audit & Consulting team as an experienced Audit Associate, specializing in providing wide-ranging financial statement services, including financial reporting, consulting and tax planning, for commercial, construction contractors, nonprofits and government clients. She developed her versatile accounting, management and customer service skills over 10-plus years working as an Accountant, Business Manager and Broker Associate. Patrycja holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) New Mexico.
