Cristin M. Heyns-Bousliman
REDW LLC, one of the Southwest’s largest and fastest growing certified public accounting and business advisory firms, announced today that it has merged in Human Resources Experience, LLC, an Albuquerque-based HR consulting and proactive legal practice founded by attorney Cristin M. Heyns-Bousliman. The combined firm is operating under the REDW brand.
Heyns-Bousliman has joined REDW as Practice Leader in Human Resources Consulting (HRC), transitioning to Department Head by July 1, 2020. In both roles, she will apply her extensive legal understanding of federal and state employment law; HR management and strategy; employee relations, compensation and benefits; and employee engagement to help clients in HR-related areas.

Heyns-Bousliman is a former litigation attorney specializing in employment law. She has represented employers in matters involving a wide range of state and federal laws. In 2018, she started Human Resources Experience, LLC, where she provided a growing client roster with a range of strategic services relating to HR and employment law.
In 2017, she was selected to receive a UNM Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame Young Alumni Award. In 2014, Albuquerque Business First recognized her as one of its “Top 40 Under 40†and in 2015 honored her as a “Woman of Influence.†Cristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management and a JD from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
