Well-known in the industry for rewarding the professional achievements of its team members and their commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience, it’s no surprise that REDW remains one of the largest and fastest-growing certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the Southwest. The firm is pleased to announce the mid-year promotions of 12 outstanding team members across a variety of service lines, and from each of its three offices, effective July 1, 2022.
“I am especially struck by how many of these individuals have explored alternative career paths within the firm,” notes Katherine Bastow, Director of People Operations for REDW. “Our policy of encouraging internal mobility and enabling team members to make the most of their diverse talents, skills and interests is certainly paying dividends. When employees have a chance to find their passion in their work, the more they grow and thrive in their careers—and inspire others to do the same.”
