The Microix Timesheet Module enables employees to record their timesheet data electronically and automatically route data through a multi-level approval process designed by the user. Upon final approval, Microix adjusts each employee’s payroll distribution code to match their timesheet-allocated hours and generate a regular timesheet within the MIP Fund Accounting Payroll Module. The Microix Time Clock Module offers several different device options for time entry, including a web time clock, a PC time clock and an external time clock.
This module lets staff create purchase requests from their desktop computer and follow through until payment is completed. Administrators can enforce specific requirements to reduce errors and help ensure you capture accurate information. After the request is submitted and approved through your organization’s approval process, it is automatically converted to a purchase order and seamlessly transferred to MIP Fund Accounting as an unposted encumbrance or as an invoice into the Accounts Payable module.
The Budget Module enables managers to electronically create budget worksheets for any time period for programs, grants, cost centers or any other designation. This advanced planning and reporting tool also permits users to pre-load the worksheets with current and prior-year data from MIP’s General Ledger.
This module is a feature-rich tool that encourages efficient and effective inventory management. It works with Microix’s Requisition/Purchase Order Module to leverage a proven workflow approval process and fully integrate with the MIP Fund Accounting management solution.
