REDW LLC, one of the Southwest’s 10 largest certified public accounting and advisory firms, is proudly announcing Robert Elzholz CFP®, CRPC®, AIF®, AAMS®, has been promoted to Principal in the firm’s Wealth Management practice and will continue leading the team in REDW’s fast-growing Phoenix office.

Since joining the firm, he has strategically worked to grow the Wealth Management team in Phoenix, attracting and retaining high-value team members and enhancing client experience at REDW.”
Elzholz has been leading the firm’s Phoenix Wealth Management practice since 2019. As Principal, he will nurture expansion of REDW’s expert support to retirement plan providers in the Phoenix area, helping them to meet their compliance and fiduciary duties, and to educate their 401(k) participants on targeting meaningful growth. In his elevated leadership role, Elzholz will also continue to advocate for clients in other states as a fee-only fiduciary advisor.

Elzholz has more than 15 years of experience customizing financial, estate, and income planning solutions for a variety of clients, including private and public companies, Native American tribes, family-owned businesses, and individuals. Prior to joining REDW in 2013, he worked as a Portfolio Manager for Stellar Capital Management and as a Financial Advisor for both JPMorgan Chase & Co. and E&K Financial Services LLC. Elzholz earned his bachelor’s degree from DeVry University, and in addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®). He is also Series 65 licensed. Active in the industry, Elzholz serves on the board of directors of the Western Pension & Benefits Council’s Phoenix Chapter, is on the finance committee for Cancer Support Community Arizona, and is a member of the Phoenix CFA Society.
