As the COVID-19 crisis accelerates and we, as a global community, continue to navigate these uncharted waters, REDW is implementing its own response plans that are currently focused on 3 key areas:
1. Health, Safety and Office Closures
Our top priority is the health and safety of our team members, our clients and their employees, and the community at large. Effective March 24, both our Albuquerque and Phoenix offices are closed to the public. Nearly all of our team members are working remotely, while a very small team continues to handle essential business tasks in the office. They are working in the safest way possible and in accordance with state and local guidelines. We hope to welcome you back at our offices as soon as it is safe to do so.
2. Business Continuity
Until further notice, we ask that clients forgo all in-person interactions with REDW team members. Traditional phones and our robust technology infrastructure enable us to continue to successfully conduct business and hold virtual meetings – we would enjoy trying a video call with you! We can accept deliveries at our office; clients should work with their primary REDW contact to arrange for drop-offs.
We also encourage you to use one of these secure online payment options available through REDW’s web portal at redw.com/pay:
- Credit card (surcharge applies)
- Debit card (no fee)
- EFT/Bank Transfer (no fee from REDW)
- QuickFee Financing (available for accounts totaling $2,000 or more). For shorter payment term options, please contact our Finance Department at 505.998.3200. Note that QuickFee will waive all application fees until April 15, 2020.
