Heather was selected from a field of more than 2,200 women under consideration, chosen by the Az Business editorial board alongside a panel of 12 former honorees. Per the publication’s longstanding practice, women can receive this recognition only once — making the list a career milestone rather than an annual honor.
“This recognition means a lot, but what I’m most proud of is the team around me,” said Stratz. “Real impact in this business isn’t built overnight — it’s earned by showing up consistently for clients and colleagues, year after year. I’ve been lucky to do that alongside people who care as much as I do.”
Heather leads REDW’s marketing team across the firm’s growing national footprint, connecting REDW’s services to the clients and communities it serves through brand strategy, content, and campaigns. She also serves on the board of Peer Solutions, a Phoenix-based nonprofit focused on youth-led, trauma-informed prevention programming.
The Most Influential Women in Arizona Business for 2026 will be honored at a celebratory dinner on Aug. 20 at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.
