Summary
Casino gaming operators and regulators responsible for foiling money laundering schemes in their facilities were handed a valuable tool in one section of the Patriot Act. Section 314(b) of the Act allows casinos to agree to share certain information in order to help them better identify and report criminal or terrorist activity involving money laundering.
In this 45-minute webinar, REDW’s gaming experts discuss how casinos can make their Title 31, anti-money laundering programs more effective—including through collaboration within the industry—and provide helpful tips for establishing a workable information-sharing agreement under Section 314(b).
