Timesheets Setup – Morning Session

While this session is designed for both new and experienced Abila MIP users, we recommend that participants have a basic understanding of the MIP Payroll module. In Part 1, we explain the process of setting up global options, approval levels and default rights; creating workflows, shift codes and shift differentials; entering overtime and managing leave; and enrolling employees.

Timesheets Processing – Afternoon Session

In this follow-up to Microix Timesheet Setup, we explain the timekeeping and approval process for the timesheets, as well as how to cover the transfer of timesheets to the Payroll module and common reports. We will explain how to update and modify Timeclock entries; how to modify leave; how to create preliminary timesheets; how to approve timesheets and leave; and how to transfer them into payroll.
