HR Setup – Morning Session

For both new and experienced Abila MIP users, but recommended to have a thorough understanding of the MIP Payroll module. In this session, we explain the relationships between the Payroll and HR modules and how they work together. Participants will learn how to set up new users, add or modify rights, set up information codes, and create benefits and leave plans, salary grades and job codes.

HR Processing – Afternoon Session

While this session is designed for both mid-level and experienced Abila MIP users, we recommend that participants have a thorough understanding of the MIP Payroll module. In this follow-up to HR Setup, we cover how to create and manage employees; set up default timesheets; maintain history records; maintain HR-only information; and process and use queries and common reports.
