This course is designed for new Abila MIP Fund Accounting users, or can serve as a refresher for those already using the software. The training covers everything from software installation, planning the chart of accounts structure and creating the organization’s database, through processing payroll and creating financial statements.

Our instructors are certified trainers with many years of experience helping numerous Native American tribes and non-profit organizations get up and running with these powerful business automation tools. Using the interactive Zoom meeting platform, they will create a dynamic learning experience with:

  • Group discussions covering the many features offered by Abila MIP, with insights on how they are used by different organizations.
  • Hands-on exercises to help users quickly become familiar with the software.
  • Small class sizes to ensure individual attention.

Full, 4-Day Training ($2,000)

Our Core class is designed for new Abila MIP Fund Accounting users, and may also serve as a refresher course for those already using the software. We’ll cover software setup, analyzing the chart of accounts structure, backing up the organization’s database, drafting financial statements, and more.

Single Day of Training ($700 each)

Day 1:  Includes Accounting; Administration; and Setup of General Ledger Transaction Activities and Entries

Day 2:  Includes Processing Transactions; How to Create Reports; How to Process a Bank Reconciliation; and Requisitions & Purchase Orders in Microix

Day 3:  Includes a continuation of Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Microix and Accounts Payable

Day 4:  Includes Creating and Modifying Budgets in MIP and Financial Statements
