In his capacity as President of the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium (OTFC), Victor Flores will be participating in a panel discussion on Pandemic Economics: The Actions We Can Take, scheduled for Tuesday, August 17, 9:30-10:30 am. Victor also serves as REDW’s Director of Oklahoma Tribal Services.
