Seeing Through the Transparency in Government

REDW is pleased to support the Albuquerque Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) as Silver Sponsors of its 2018 Professional Development Training (PDT) event to be held April 5-6, 2018 at the Hilton Buffalo Thunder in Santa Fe. This annual 2-day training is designed for federal, state and local government entities, as well as CPA and other governmental accountants and auditors.

Two Timely Topics Presented by REDW Experts:

  • Identifying Hidden Risks, Hidden Exposure, presented by Principal Marcus Clarke on Thursday, April 5 at 1:00 pm. Declaring that “Cyber-Security is dead; long live Cyber-Resilience!” Marcus will take you on an epic journey across high mountains of techno-babble, deep into jungles of arcane regulations, through the muddy swamps of politics, and across bleak deserts of funding.
  • Interactive Single Audit, A to Z, presented by Senior Audit Associate Sarah Specht on Friday, April 6, 1:45 – 3:00 pm. This lively interactive session will present an overview of the single audit process from an audit perspective. You’ll participate in tasks that will instruct and inform you about the single audit process, including a deep dive into the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA).
