REDW is proud to offer all Team Members and their family’s free access to our robust Employee Assistance Program. This plan is a confidential service which allows Team Members and their families the opportunity to speak live to a counselor, attend wellness webinars and access to library of wellness articles.

REDW believes that the emotional well-being of our Team Members helps to make work/life balance more meaningful.

REDW offers Critical Stress De-Briefing and counseling as needed. REDW understands that sometimes big life events or world events have an impact on our team members. REDW wants to offer additional assistance during these trying times.

Monthly Webinars are offered for all Team Members which include mindfulness, meditations, Lunch and Learn sessions.

REDW offers reimbursement for office equipment while working at home and wellness reimbursements for activities such as gym, a variety of fitness apps, and wellness equipment. When travel is required for work REDW also offers a stipend and covers all applicable expenses.
