The Small Business Administration issued its final guidance today on the Paycheck Protection Program regarding the safe harbor repayment date of May 14 – the last day employers can return PPP funds if they were not legally entitled to apply for the loans. New Urgency for Tribal Relief Funds under CARES Act

The U.S. Treasury Department announced that it will fast-track the $71 billion in funds allocated to tribal (as well as state and local) governments to help offset the cost of response to the COVID-19 crisis.
