The CFP® title signifies a financial advisor who has demonstrated competency and has made a commitment to ethics. CFP® professionals must pass a rigorous examination and risk losing their certification if they do not abide by a code of ethics and standards.

Ross Nettles, who joined the Albuquerque office of REDW Wealth in 2016 as an experienced investment analyst, researcher and portfolio manager, has expanded his role to include tax and investment management. In addition to portfolio analysis and recommendations, he prepares and verifies investment reports and assists clients and trusts with tax planning.
In addition to earning his CFP® credential, Nettles is a Certified Public Accountant and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). He also holds a Series 65 Securities License.
Robert Elzholz has more than 15 years of experience developing and customizing financial, estate and income planning solutions for a range of clients. They include private and public companies, Native American tribes, family-owned businesses and individuals. In his role as Senior Investment Manager in REDW Wealth’s Phoenix office, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial offerings in the Phoenix market and serving local clients.
Besides his CFP® designation, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), a designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®), and is Series 65 licensed.
