Katherine Bastow Joins REDW as New Director of People Operations

Albuquerque, NM — September 14, 2020 — REDW LLC, one the Southwest’s 10 largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Katherine Bastow, SHRM-SPHR has assumed the leadership of its Human Resources Department, effective August 31, 2020.

Katherine Bastow brings an extensive background in executive leadership to her new role at REDW, ranging from talent acquisition to team training and development. By keeping a strong focus on customer experience, she has helped to lead multiple human resource teams to success, most recently as Vice President of Talent Acquisition with the corporate office of Hospitality Ventures Management Group, based in Atlanta, GA. During her seven-year tenure with that group, she also served as Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, NM, and at Relios, Inc.

The successful transformation of today’s disrupted workplace relies on dynamic professionals like Bastow, who, as a valued and trusted partner in firm leadership, will help to execute REDW’s business strategy.

Bastow is actively involved with the Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico, the Society of Human Resource Management, and Executive Leadership Training with Harvard Business School. She also served as VP of Professional Development with the Northern New Mexico Human Resources Association in 2012.

Bastow earned a Human Resources Graduate Certificate from North Sydney Technical College in Sydney, NSW, Australia, and a Hospitality Bachelor Degree (Equivalent) in Business Management from the College of Tourism & Hospitality in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
