This year’s gathering carries added meaning: TL&M’s roots trace back to Soaring Bird Solutions, whose founder, Karla Bylund, joined REDW’s HR Consulting practice as a Principal following REDW’s acquisition of the firm. That history runs through this event, and REDW is honored to carry it forward as host.
