REDW's Audit & Consulting Department Announces Promotions

REDWLLC, New Mexico’s largest locally owned certified public accounting and business consulting firm, dedicated to rewarding team members’ professional achievements and commitment to client service, recently promoted:

Stephen Montoya, CPA, and Halie Garcia, CPA, to Senior Manager. Stephen has spent over eight years in public accounting working exclusively with tribal casinos, tribal governments and other Native American organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico. Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the NM Society of Public Accountants (NMSCPA), and is a Junior Achievement volunteer. Halie joined the Firm more than six years ago with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from the University of New Mexico. During her time here, she has earned Certified Public Accounting and Certified Internal Auditor licensing. She plays a key role in REDW’s healthcare practice, primarily focused on internal audit and financial statement audits. Halie is also a member of the AICPA, the NMSCPA, the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Rochelle Alcon, CPA, to Manager. Rochelle has been with REDW for more than eight years, providing outstanding accounting and audit services exclusively to tribal government, tribal casinos, and other Native American organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico Highlands University.

Will Moeller to Senior Accountant. Will joined the Firm more than three years ago and has been a valuable member of the audit team serving government entities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and is a member of the AICPA and the NMSCPA.

“Each of these team members is extremely dedicated to providing top-notch client service within the CPA profession,” commented Glen Post, CPA, REDW’s Audit & Consulting Department Head. “It’s an honor to have them as part of the REDW Team,” added Post.
