REDWLLC, New Mexico’s largest locally owned certified public accounting and business consulting firm is pleased to announce that Alicia Finley and Melissa Burnside have been promoted.
Alicia Finley has been promoted to Benefits Associate. Alicia has ten years of benefits and human resources experience including health and life sales, flexible spending account administration, compensation plan analysis, and development of HR policies and procedures; and five years of project management experience. She holds an Associate’s degree from George Washington University in Project Management and earned a Tribal Human Resources Professional certification.
Alicia is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA), and the Human Resources Management Association of New Mexico (HRMA). She is also the committee Chairperson for the Alliance Benefit Group Human Resources Sub-Committee and a committee member of the Heroin Awareness Committee (HAC). She often volunteers her time with Junior Achievement and is active in the Sandia High School community.
Melissa Burnside has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator. She has more than 16 years of marketing related experience having previously worked as a graphic artist and art director for most of her professional career. Melissa has designed collateral, greeting cards and direct mail pieces for a variety of clients including nonprofits such as the American Lung Association, the American Heart Association, Children’s Wish Foundation, The Humane Society and the United States Olympics. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Design from The College of New Jersey and is a former member of the New Mexico Adobe User Group (NMAUG).
